How long does delivery take?
Production takes 3–5 days after your order is confirmed. Shipping is 1–3 business days within Metro Manila (free, via Grab Express or Lalamove) and 3–7 business days for the rest of the Philippines.
I'm an OFW — can I order from abroad and have it delivered to my family in the Philippines?
Yes! Many of our customers order from overseas. Place your order online from anywhere in the world, and we deliver the lamp straight to your loved ones anywhere in the Philippines.
What kind of photos work best?
Portrait photos with clearly visible, well-lit faces work best, ideally with 1–3 people. If your photo is not suitable for lithophane printing, our team will reach out and help you pick a better one before we print — no wasted orders.
How do I pay? Do I need to pay upfront?
No upfront payment. Place your order first — we only send payment instructions after we review and confirm your photos. We accept GCash, Maya, and bank transfer.
What sizes are available and what is included?
Standard (9cm × 9cm × 12cm) is ₱1,499 and Large (18cm × 18cm × 24cm) is ₱2,499. Every lamp includes a warm white 5W USB LED, USB cable, power adapter, and gift box.
What if my lamp arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Is the lamp safe to leave on? Does it get hot?
Yes. The lamp uses a low-power 5W LED with a warm 3000K glow, powered by USB. It stays cool to the touch, so it is safe as a nightlight in bedrooms and kids’ rooms.
Can I make it in time for a birthday or anniversary?
Usually, yes — just order as early as you can and mention your deadline in the order notes. If timing is tight, message us on Facebook first and we will tell you honestly if we can make it.
